Menu Labeling: Psychologically Harmful or Nutritionally Beneficial?

Are menu labeling laws helpful or harmful to customers? While much legislation is currently being proposed across the country, restaurant operators and customers are wondering if menu labels are really the answer to the nation’s current weight concerns.
