Next Friday, August 14, chef Santanna Salas of Michael Mina's Seablue restaurant will appear on the Food Network's new show Chefs vs. City! The program is styled as The Amazing Race meets the culinary world. Check out Salas as she and a partner, Seablue executive chef Stephen Hopcraft, go head ot head in a competition against two Food Network chefs, Aaron Sanchez and Chris Cosentino.
Salas is a 2005 graduate of the ProStart program at Coronado High School in Las Vegas and is now the executive pastry chef at Seablue inside the MGM Grand.
